The Bank Signed

That's what we were waiting for....they were supposed to sign their counter-offer before they sent it to us but they forgot. I know, a full-on eye-roll is appropriate here. Anyhow, we've both signed so we're on. We've got a few things to initial in the morning as right now we're out the door to Taos! And we're still supposed to close on the 30th! That's less than 2 weeks away!
