We've got the title insurance commitment, we've got a homeowner's/builder's insurance commitment, we'll need a survey--no problem there, just have the title co. get it scheduled--we've got a loan commitment. That's all we need. As soon as our down-payment funds arrive (mine should be here Friday or Monday, and that'll do the trick if Leonardo's have not arrived by then) we can close.
