We love each other, it is month-a-versary.
It is also the day we shoveled about two tons of snow off the driveway at the new place, so the gas-man could get in, so he could tell us we have three or five months of work before he can set a tank. OK, in the spring. Geesus. oh dear.
We must have all the heaters, stoves, water heaters, EVERYTHING, and then ETC. in place before

You have my sympathy!!! They always have a ton for you to do first...then don't be surprized if they still say, This isn't quite right, we want ______done first!! They got you over a barrell, and all you can do is play their game!!! too bad, but that's the name of the game!!
