Spirit of the Southwest, Ghost Pony Gallery’s first exhibition of the season, opens in their new, permanent Sunday, May 11, 2008. This year it is Mother's Day as well as "Bonita's Birthday." May 11th will be the annual kickoff each year for the art season at Ghost Pony Gallery.Spirit of the Southwest features the stunning photography of Rebecca O'Day. Rebecca captures the essence of the Southwest in details and ambiance, creating an experience akin to a dream, memory, or premonition. Also showing work by resident artists Trish Booth and Leonardo Pieterse.
Meet Rebecca, Trish, and Leonardo at the May 11th reception, 2pm to 6pm at the gallery.
Hours: Ghost Pony Gallery is open daily from 10 to 5, year-around, MOSTLY. Occasionally we take a day or two off, unannounced. Sometimes even a week. Always best to call ahead.
